Victorian State Election - Here's the wrap

Here's the wrap from Saturday's Victorian State Election betting at Sportsbet today.

Punters are sticking with Labor who are now into short odds of $1.14 to win. Sportsbet are reporting this is their shortest price to date on the Daniel Andrews led party.

Labour who became favourites back in May are attracting a wave of bets including a wager of $18,000 at the previous odds of $1.48. The last few hours have been yet another Labour whirlwind with the party now holding a massive 96% of money in the market.

Braver punters than us can back the Coalition who are now out to $5.00, a far cry from their favourite staus in March 2017 when they were paying $1.50.

Sportsman Sportsbet said: "Way back in February of 2017, the contest was considered too close to call with both parties paying $1.87."
